Shipping & Delivery
Leather Wranglers Inc. ships merchandise to locations within and without the continental United States via US Postal Service Priority Mail, United Postal Service (UPS), or Federal Express. International buyers: Per Customs Regulations, we will fill out the necessary US Customs form(s) with complete and accurate information. We do not undervalue nor mark items as a "Gift". All international items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express International. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges - these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Custom Order Policy
The payment of a non-refundable deposit is an agreement between the Buyer and Leather Wranglers Inc. to purchase and complete payment for a custom order. A minimum payment of One-Hundred Dollars ($100) USD is due when you book and confirm your order. Said payment shall secure a place in line for your custom order, at which time Leather Wranglers Inc. will provide you with an estimated date of completion.
When custom order is completed, Leather Wranglers Inc. will notify Buyer in writing. The non-refundable payment shall be applied to the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due by no later than 30 days from date of completion.
Due to the time, resources, and skills required to make custom orders, in the event of a non-completed sale the Buyer agrees that the non-refundable paid deposit will be used in its entirety by Leather Wranglers Inc. to recover the costs associated with the making of the custom order.
We take great care in providing you with the best quality product and workmanship and hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (shipping excepted) within 14 working days from delivery, provided that you notify Leather Wranglers Inc. of your intent within seven (7) working days from the day on which you received your order. Restocking and other fees may be incurred.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom orders or orders that have been personalized or items that we reasonably believe have been used.
Returns are to be shipped to the following address: Leather Wranglers Inc., 6204 El Toro Pl NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120. Leather Wranglers Inc. accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, Leather Wranglers Inc. accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns documentation.
