Shipping & Delivery

Leather Wranglers Inc. ships merchandise to locations within and without the continental United States via US Postal Service Priority Mail, United Postal Service (UPS), or Federal Express. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the Buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International Buyers: Per Customs Regulations, we will fill out the necessary US Customs form(s) with complete and accurate information. We do not undervalue nor mark purchased items as a "Gift". Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges - these charges are the Buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's Customs officers to determine what these additional costs are. Additionally, because Customs regulations in each country may differ, and the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to the Buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier, Buyer will be required to purchase insurance on all orders that ship internationally. Leather Wranglers will contact Buyer in the event such charges exceed any pre-paid shipping charges.

Sales Tax

Leather Wranglers Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Warranties

In no event will Leather Wranglers Inc. be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages even if company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Custom Order Policy

The payment of a non-refundable deposit is an agreement between the Buyer and Leather Wranglers Inc. to purchase and complete payment for a custom order. A minimum payment of One-Hundred Dollars ($100) USD is due when you book and confirm your order. Said payment shall secure a place in line for your custom order, at which time Leather Wranglers Inc. will provide you with an estimated date of completion.

When custom order is completed, Leather Wranglers Inc. will notify Buyer in writing. The non-refundable payment shall be applied to the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due by no later than 30 days from date of completion.

Due to the time, resources, and skills required to make custom orders, in the event of a non-completed sale the Buyer agrees that the non-refundable paid deposit will be used in its entirety by Leather Wranglers Inc. to recover the costs associated with the making of the custom order.

Prepaid orders for custom leather craft goods that are placed in a queue are scheduled according to date received. If the Buyer cancels an order before it is completed, a refund will be initiated with the following stipulations: a) If work on the order has begun (or is complete or near completion) but not yet shipped, restocking and other fees, such as merchant fees, will be incurred. b) If work on the order has not begun, a full refund (less merchant fees, if applicable) will be provided.

Return Policy

We take great care in providing you with the best quality product and workmanship and hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (shipping and merchant fees excepted) within 14 working days from delivery, provided that you notify Leather Wranglers Inc. of your intent within seven (7) working days from the day on which you received your order. Restocking and other fees may be incurred.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom orders or orders that have been personalized or items that we reasonably believe have been used.

Returns are to be shipped to the following address: Leather Wranglers Inc., 6204 El Toro Pl NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120. Leather Wranglers Inc. accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, Leather Wranglers Inc. accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns documentation.
