Shipping policy

We want your order to arrive safe, sound, and as quickly as possible. This page covers how we ship, how long it takes, returns, and what to do if something goes wrong. Free Standard Shipping on Orders $70+ Spend $70 or more on an order shipping within the U.S. and Standard Shipping is on us. There are no codes to enter. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Shipping Rates (U.S.) Standard: 3–5 business days, $8.00, or FREE on orders $70+ Express: 1–2 business days, $15.00 We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping Times Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. During busy periods, such as new product releases or sales, processing can take a little longer. We'll always do our best to keep things moving fast. Delivery estimates: After your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout and on your location. The timelines above are carrier estimates and may vary because of delays outside our control. Backordered items: If an item in your order is on backorder, we'll ship it as soon as it's available. If the wait will be longer than expected, we'll contact you. Returns & Shipping Costs If you need to return an item, you're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.). Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details. To start a return, just reach out to us and we'll walk you through the steps. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once your order has left our facility and you've received a tracking number, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If your package is: Lost Marked delivered but not received Damaged when it arrives …please file a claim directly with the carrier. We're still here to help.
